01Using Nexa
RSH AI makes Nexa and operates rshai.dev. These terms cover your use of the website, your account and the Nexa desktop app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Nexa brings project folders, AI chats, shells, an editor, preview and connected tools into one workspace. Your account connects the app to licensing, sign-in and updates.
02Your account and license
Use a valid email address and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A license is for one person; it is not a shared account or a right to resell access.
Device activation limits and the license status shown in your account apply. Manage your devices through your account rather than sharing a license with someone else.
03Trial, payment and updates
- Nexa offers a three-day free trial with no payment card required, subject to trial eligibility. Continuing after the trial requires a paid license.
- The Nexa license is a one-time purchase, not a recurring Nexa subscription. Updates are included for as long as Nexa exists.
- The public price ladder changes as seats sell. The price and any applicable charges shown at purchase are the ones you agree to pay.
- Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal.
- Your Nexa purchase does not include AI provider subscriptions, API usage, hosting or charges from other services you connect.
04Refunds and billing problems
A lifetime license is final and non-refundable once purchased; the free trial lets you try the app before paying.
If a payment is duplicated, charged in error, or your license never activates, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will fix it or return that payment.
Nothing in this policy takes away cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
05Your work and connected providers
Your projects, files and content remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to use the material and accounts you connect. Using Nexa does not transfer ownership of your work to RSH AI.
AI providers, plugins and other connected services have their own terms, pricing and data policies. Requests may send relevant content to those services. See our Privacy Policy for how local storage and connected actions differ.
06AI actions and your control
Agents can generate and edit files, run commands and interact with connected tools. When enabled and supported, browser or computer control can act on pages and applications. Your selected permissions determine when actions need your approval; more permissive modes can allow actions to run without a prompt each time.
AI output can be wrong. Review important changes and results, keep backups, and choose permissions appropriate for your work. You remain responsible for actions performed through your accounts, including publishing, purchases and changes to data.
07Fair use
Do not use Nexa or rshai.dev to break the law, access or attack systems without permission, share or resell your license, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do so.
08Availability and beta features
We work to keep Nexa and its services available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Provider availability and connected services can change independently of Nexa.
Beta and experimental features are provided as-is and may change or break. Keep backups of important work.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RSH AI is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for your license. This does not exclude or limit liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
