01Who we are

RSH AI makes Nexa, the AI super app, and runs the rshai.dev website. These terms cover both. By creating an account or using Nexa, you agree to them.

02The service

Nexa is a desktop app that runs on your computer. Your RSH AI account connects it to your license, updates, and sign-in. We work hard to keep everything available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

03Your account

You need a valid email address to sign up. Keep your sign-in to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One license covers one person.

04Licenses and payment

• Nexa is sold as a one-time license — never a subscription. You pay once and the license is yours to keep.
• Prices follow a public ladder and rise as seats sell out. The price you pay is the price at the moment you buy.
• Beta seats are free for the stated period. When the beta period ends, keeping Nexa requires a paid license.
• Payments are handled through PayPal.
• No refunds: every seat starts with a free beta or a free trial, so you can run the full app before you pay anything. Because of that, a lifetime license is final and non-refundable once purchased.
• Billing problems are different: if a payment is duplicated, charged in error, or your license never activates, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will fix it or return that payment. Where local consumer law gives you a cancellation right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.

05Your content and your keys

Your projects, code, files, and chats are yours and stay on your machine. Your AI provider accounts and API keys are yours too — you connect them directly, and their use falls under each provider's own terms.

06Fair use

Do not use Nexa or rshai.dev to break the law, attack systems you do not own, resell or share your license, or interfere with the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

07Beta software

During beta, Nexa is provided as-is, and things may change or break. We ship fixes fast, but back up anything important.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, RSH AI is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for your license.

09Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
