Nexa runs on your machine. Your projects, code, chats, and API keys stay local. We only keep what we need to run your account and license — and we never sell any of it.

03What we collect

• Your email address, for your account or waitlist spot.
• License and purchase records, including the PayPal transaction reference for a paid seat.
• Basic technical logs from the website and update service, kept short and used only to keep things running.

04How we use it

To sign you in, deliver your license and updates, notify you when your seat opens, and answer you when you write to us. No advertising, no tracking across other sites, no selling or renting data — ever.

05Who we share with

Only the services that make the product work: PayPal for payments and Resend for the emails we send you. Each processes only what it needs for that job.

06Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in, and your theme choice is stored in your browser. That is all — no third-party trackers.

07Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Email us and we will handle it — deleting your account removes your data from our systems, and whatever lives on your machine is already yours.
